Chaz Truncate was elected to represent the Custom People's Lobby (CPL) on the Small Council eleven times in a row, and still serves as a consultant for the Council's subcommittee on Finance and Refinance. His early field espionage work was critical to the Small Council's establishment of a "Joe-Free Zone" in the late 1970's and his continued work on those same containment and security initiatives, including the 3 3/4 Respect Accords, has helped to maintain peace between rival scales for decades.

Truncate is an avid fan of board games. His secret headquarters on Earth serves as an officer's library and training facility for the SSA Command Corps, and he is much celebrated as the Director of Office Festivities.
