A mature, career-minded doctor of Micro-Astro-Science, Martha is demonstrably more stubborn than a mule and has never had a problem expressing her viewpoint in such a way as to make it impossible to ignore.

Martha doesn't see why she wouldn't be considered for service on the Board of Admirals.
