The following images are for you to see all the places Traveling Man and co stayed during their time in Indonesia. You may be a little surprised that they went to an Ibis and a Novotel hotel, which is the same as hotels in manchester or ones that you find around Europe. You may not know that you can even find hotels like that in Indonesia, which is why you can thank Traveling Man, Tesla, and Mstislav for showing you that you can.

Indonesia is a really interesting country. It is found in Southeast Asia and Oceania. It's made up of 17,508 islands, which is a truly remarkable amount and it's not surprising therefore that there are over 238 million people there. It's amazing that Traveling Man, Tesla, and Mstislav didn't go missing then! Enjoy the pictures.

Traveling Man, Tesla, and Mstislav just got back from an exciting adventure in Indonesia! Check out these awesome vacation pictures, and make sure to see the bottom of this page for an exciting dramatic reenactment of a terrible episode when the monkey in the photo above toy-napped TM and chewed on his head! Oh, the humanity!

 SPECIAL BONUS
These photographs were taken inside The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of
China.

Our visas would not let us wander too far, or leave the airport. But it's official - TM was in China!

This is a true story.

Imagine a monkey-infested temple from hell. There are signs at the entrance telling people to take off their hats, glasses, jewelry, and anything else that might be grabbed by monkeys.

At first you don't take it too seriously. You'll be ok; you don't see any monkeys around... So you sit on the edge of the cliff for a group photo and from out of nowhere a monkey grabs your head and starts chewing!

Nobody got a picture because it happened so fast, so we had to do a dramatic reenactment.

Later, one of TM's travel companions received news that he was rescued. A local had mastered a technique to get stolen things back from the monkeys, described this way by Tesla:

"They get the monkey to come closer by offering it something to eat (fruit) and try to get it to let go of the object to take the food. It's quite tricky because the monkeys are unpredictable and move about really fast all the time. Some people seem to make a living out of rescuing stolen stuff for tourists! The guy asked us for money and when we tried to give a small amount just to see how much he really wanted, he immediately gave his price and refused to barter."

Kidnapped! Chewed upon! Ransomed! Indonesia!
