Special Agent Kirby Charlotte is a member of the elite Space Ranger Corps and is a skilled pilot, demolitionist and covert ops technician. Most of his work and background is classified, but records indicate he was part of the team that built the BASE network on the moon of Gecko. This may account for his skill in and familiarity with the rocky moonscapes there, where he is arguably the best tracker and ground operative.

Charlotte is a quiet and acutely observant loner. He is socially awkward and prefers the company of 'bots, or extended field missions, to time spent with others.
