"Yesterday, during a check of the Science Lab's readiness, I was overwhelmed by an agitated Dr. Vodex and his complaints about Prof. Haley's astro-dog, Liaka. When the Professor and his constant canine companion wandered into the Lab I thought the dome ceiling would burst, Vodex was so hot under the helmet! I myself have no problem with the curious cur's behavior and I find the Bark Translator that Prof. Haley has installed in Laika's bubble an entertaining addition to life in Space, but Dr. Vodex seems unable to appreciate any aspect of our lil' space pup.

If the issue remains a distraction I will be forced to bring it to the Ambassador's attention as soon as he is thawed."
